In the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, the night of July 18th was not peaceful. The occupiers fired more than 60 missiles at residential areas and city infrastructure. A 75-year-old woman was injured and is currently in the hospital.

Dozens of private residential buildings were destroyed in the city. On one street, water and gas supplies have been cut off as a result of the shelling. The missiles also hit industrial and energy enterprises, a hospital and an inland port.

Various emergency services are already working onsite. Damaged networks are getting restored and the extent of the damage is being ascertained.

This is not an isolated incident. On July 16th, the occupiers deliberately hit residential buildings in Nikopol with “Grad” MLRS systems. 15 missiles were spotted. Twelve five-story buildings, a school, and a vocational school building were damaged. Two people died under the rubble, and one woman was injured.
